Terms

# Terms of *use*

The plain-English terms for using ciunas.app and our apps.

## Our apps

Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store, and your use of them is also covered by Apple's standard [Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Where an app's own terms say something more specific, those apply to that app.

## Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. One-off unlocks belong to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with Restore Purchases. Hint packs are consumed as you use them. Refunds are handled by Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).

## Content

The apps, puzzles, designs and writing on this site belong to Ciúnas or are used with permission. Please don't copy or redistribute them. Quotes in Cipherly remain the words of their authors.

## Wellbeing

Aether and Mystic 8 Ball are for reflection and fun. They aren't medical, psychological or professional advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a doctor, a therapist or a local helpline.

## Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page.
